Win the fight against ice, snow, and bitter cold with the NexGrip Ice Victor. This 8" work boot pairs a premium leather upper with a waterproof, breathable membrane and 200g Thinsulate insulation, so your feet stay dry and warm through the harshest winter conditions. On slick surfaces, drop the retractable NEXGRIP PRO Tech cleats for industrial-grade metal grip. When you're back on solid ground or heading inside, tuck them away.
Safety comes standard. A lightweight, non-conductive composite toe and a puncture-resistant plate guard against jobsite hazards without adding bulk. The genuine rubber outsole uses an anti-slip compound for steady footing even with the cleats retracted. Inside, two removable molded insoles made of polyurethane foam, EVA and felt add cushioning and insulation, and the reinforced tongue and collar are built for comfort that lasts through long winters.
