Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Built By Soles, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Easy Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

  • Email our team at builtbysoles@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  • We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? No problem! Simply start a return for the item you don’t want and place a new order for the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and worn or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defects) are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately at builtbysoles@gmail.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
