At Built By Soles, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Easy Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return

Email our team at builtbysoles@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! Simply start a return for the item you don’t want and place a new order for the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and worn or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defects) are not eligible for return.
